Jenny Rowley – Owner/Director
Jenny fell in love with dance from the first moment she stepped onto a dance floor. She has over 25 years of dance experience, with extensive training in jazz, ballet, hip hop, modern, lyrical, contemporary, cheerleading, and tumbling. Jenny grew up in Taylorsville, Utah where she trained with Dance Image Productions, Extravadance, Klassix, and CDS. She was named Outstanding Senior Dancer at Taylorsville High School, where she was a member of the Taylorsville Dance Company, Varsity Cheerleading Squad, and competed as a Taylorsville High School Songleader.
Jenny attended college on dance and drill team scholarships, as well as leadership and softball scholarships. She was named the overall Collegiate Dance Camp All-Star by the United Spirit Association. In college, she studied modern, jazz, ballet, and dance composition. Jenny performed in the student dance concerts at Southern Utah University. She was a collegiate drill team member for four years, where she served in many different leadership positions, such as: President, Vice President, Captain, and Head Choreographer. She also has over four years combined high school and collegiate cheerleading experience where she served as Head Cheerleader. Jenny has a strong passion for the performing arts and has had the privilege of performing at a San Francisco 49ers/Raiders NFL game, several Utah Jazz games, Disneyland and in a variety of musicals. She competed in the UCA National Cheerleading Competition and the USA Collegiate National Dance Competition.
Jenny has been choreographing for over 15 years. She studied choreography in college and with the United Spirit Association. She has choreographed for various high school and collegiate teams, as well as junior high schools and studios. Her choreography has won many awards and has placed at invitational and state drill team competitions. She is a former high school drill team coach.
She has been judging dance, cheerleading, and drill team competitions for ten years. She is a state-certified drill team judge and a member of the Utah Dance Judges Association. She graduated from Snow College and Southern Utah University.
Jenny has a supportive husband and three beautiful children. She has lived in Cedar City for ten years and loves being the Director of Dance Magic and The Ballet School. She cares deeply about each dancer and loves to share her passion for dance. Jenny believes there is nothing better than watching a child discover the joy of dancing.
Danielle DeMille
Danielle is married to Blake DeMille and is a mother of four kids that are the joy of her life! She has always had a love for dance and music and has had 20 years dance training in such styles as ballet, jazz, modern, tap, hip hop, and ballroom. Danielle was a member of the Dixie High School Jetettes Drill Team and served as the Jr. and Sr. Drill Mistress and received the All State award at the State Drill Team Competition. All through High School Danielle was an elite member of Terry Talent Studios Class Act Performance Team in St. George, Utah. She also was an instructor/director for Terry Talent Studios for 3 yrs. During which she participated in many World Senior Games Opening Ceremonies as well as choreographed and directed a flag routine as a part of the ceremonies. She worked with Daryl Yeager in the “Utah” productions performance at the World Senior Games.
Danielle was also a member of the SUU Waukeenyans Drill Team where she served as the assistant choreographer and public relations officer. She studied dance at SUU for four years where she graduated with her Bachelors in Dance Education and a minor in Health Education. Danielle has been a High School Drill Team Judge for many years as well as a local dance competition judge. She has also choreographed many High School Drill Team routines and award-winning studio dance routines. Danielle served as the Drill Team advisor at Canyon View High School during the 2002-2003 school year; where she also taught dance education, social dance, and aerobics. Danielle Has taught at Dance Magic for 7 years. She loves and enjoys watching young dancers learn, grow and develop a love for dance!
Elisha Church
Elisha’s dance education started at the age of three; in ballet, tap, and jazz. At age seven, she began taking gymnastics. At age 15 she began studying and performing in theater arts. With her involvement in drama and theater she gained experience in and a love for Broadway style choreography and dancing. Elisha placed 2nd in the state drama competition. Elisha was a member of the American Fork High School Color Guard, as part of the flag/dance corps. As a member of the color guard she was able to gain further training in ballet under the direction of Kellie Benson (former Ballerina with Ballet West) The AFHS color guard competed nationally. As a member of the AFHS Color Guard Elisha had the opportunity to perform at the Rose Bowl Parade, the 2002 winter Olympic bids, Disneyland, and Stadium of Fire. Elisha was flag captain her senior year. She was awarded the Spirit Award her senior year and placed 3rd in state solo/duet competition.
Elisha was offered a leadership scholarship at SUU, a theater scholarship at USU, and a dance scholarship at Snow College. She attended Snow College for her 1st year of college as a dance major. She was selected as the student choreographer for the spring dance concert. Elisha completed her education at SUU, earning a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. She was awarded a scholarship in nutrition, as well as a scholarship from the Miss SUU organization as an attendant to Miss SUU. She completed all upper division ballet and modern dance classes under the direction of Gwen Grimes, Shauna Mendini, Kay Andersen, and Paul Ocampo. Elisha performed in the student and faculty dance concerts at SUU. After graduating from SUU, Elisha attended the University of Utah to complete upper division chemistry courses for graduate school. There she was able to study ballet with teachers from the University of Utah, Ballet Utah, and Ballet West.
Elisha began dancing with Cedar City Junior Ballet in 2003, and continues to perform with CCJB. She has performed the leading role of Swanhilda in Coppelia, lead role in Skaters, Bluebird and Fairy of Song in Sleeping Beauty, and Fairy of Summer & Autumn in Cinderella. She continues her dance education by taking ballet technique classes and attending dance seminars and conferences.

Tami Farish
Tami has over 30 years of dance training and experience. Trained in tap, jazz and ballet, she has developed a talent of sharing these skills with others.
Tami was a 2-year member of Cedar High school’s drill team. While attending Southern Utah University, Tami was a member of the SUU Waukeenyans dance team. Tami graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, with a Dance Emphasis.
Continuing her love of educating students, Tami completed her Masters degree in Education Teaching through the Fine Arts from Lesley University.
Tami has been a high school and university drill/dance team coach for 12 years and has been awarded region and state titles. She is a Certified Utah high school Dance and Drill team routine and technical judge. She is also a member of Utah Dance Judges Association and serves as the Southern Utah Representative.
Tami has taught at a studio level for 7 years. She currently teaches dance, dance conditioning and geography at Cedar High School. Tami continues to strive to learn in all aspects of dance through workshops, conventions and classes.

Olivia Rydalch
Olivia loves working with dancers of all ages. Since the age of four she has had in depth training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, cheer and tumbling. She danced for six years at Rising Stars studio in Alpine, Utah. She also cheered at the private cheer studio Flash for five years. She was the captain of Bountiful Jr. High's cheer team and on Bountiful High School's state championship team for three years. She placed 1st at state in a jazz solo her sophomore year of high school and 3rd at Nationals the same year. Olivia competed in California with her high school team and in Florida with her private cheer team.
She's performed all over Utah, California, and Nevada. She has also performed at many events, including Utah Jazz basketball games, Stadium of Fire, and college bowl games, such as the Poinsettia Bowl and the All-American Bowl. She taught dance and tumbling in Alpine, Utah for two years.
This is her second year at Dance Magic; she loves to choreograph all types of routines including solos, duets, trios, and teams. Olivia is currently a student at Southern Utah University, and is studying to become a nurse. She loves spending time with friends and family in Cedar, as well as visiting her parents and two brothers in Bountiful.
Colby Angus
Colby has loved dancing since she could walk, and dancing has always been a great passion of hers. She began dancing at Dance Dynamics when she was 10 years old. She danced there until she was 13 years old, then started dancing for Dance Magic. She danced on the Majestic 1 and Premier teams. Colby was a member of her high school drill team, Mohey Tawa, for two years. She later competed as a Cedar High School cheerleader. Colby has been trained in jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop, tap, kick, novelty, character, cheerleading and tumbling.
She is currently working towards a minor in Dance Education/Performance with a major in Photography at Southern Utah University. Colby loves working with the girls at the studio and encouraging them to do AND be their best! To her, it’s more than making a good routine; she believes dancing to be a confidence builder. Because of dancing, Colby has been able to achieve more and be confident in everything she does. Colby is excited to be teaching such fantastic girls, and helping them to become great dancers.
Amanda Weller
Amanda has been dancing for 15 years and loves it! She has training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and a little contemporary and modern. She trained with a prestigious dance studio and competed on competition teams for nine years. As a dancer, she competed in many solo and duet competitions. Amanda was a member of the Cedar High School Mohey Tawa drill team and later was a member of the competitive cheerleading squad at Cedar High. She also serves as a gymnastics and tumbling instructor at Southern Utah Gymnastics Academy. She is an upbeat, happy person who loves working with children. She is excited to enter her second year with Dance Magic, working as a teaching assistant.
